DeatschWerks Fuel Injectors Polaris RZR XP 900 / XP 1000 Since 2005, DeatschWerks has been a pioneer in the fuel injector market industry, offering in-depth customization suited to individual vehicle requirements. Recognizing that the one-size-fits-all model is not viable for fuel injectors, DeatschWerks focuses on delivering injectors that ensure perfect fitment, flow rate, proper coil impedance, and precise tuning data for your engine. This commitment to providing the best in the business has enabled DeatschWerks to present an exceptionally comprehensive fuel injector product line. Fuel injectors require accurate data for efficient tuning. This requirement is meticulously met by DeatschWerks injectors, which are analyzed across 33 categories outlined by the SAE J1832 standard. Tested in state-of-the-art flow benches, these injectors pass through a rigorous 450-data-point analysis, each part number being thoroughly examined by trained Flow Technicians. Evaluations include checks for flow mass and various pulse widths at different pressures and voltages relevant to installed conditions in the engine. Senior Technical Product Support Specialists scrutinize the collected static data and convert it into a General Injector Characterization Summary. The summary is then formatted based on specific applications for different vehicle makes, models, and tuning platforms. Finally, the model-specific data is optimized in vehicle by DeatschWerks tuning partners, ensuring an exceptional injector that is fine-tuned to your vehicles specific needs. Dynamic Flow Matching DeatschWerks dynamic flow matching process ensures that each injector in a set work together as a system to properly fuel your engine. In the engine, fuel injectors are a very dynamic component, constantly changing frequencies and pulse widths to precisely deliver the fuel needed. The DW multi-point dynamic flow testing process mimics these conditions by testing at multiple pulse widths within each of the ranges. Low Range (1-2 milliseconds) Low pulse widths are used during idle, light throttle cruising, and deceleration. DW uses best-in-class precision electronic flow meters for accurate testing in this range because low pulse width balancing is crucial for a smooth idle on large injectors. Transitional Range (2-4 milliseconds) The transitional range covers the pulse widths that typically make up the non-linear range of injectors. DW injectors are linear well into the low pw range.
