Finntack Leather Covered Mullen Half Cheek Driving Bit is a gentle bit often used for starting young horses. Featuring a comfortable, leather covered mouthpiece, this bit is readily accepted by most horses. The mullen style mouthpiece is exceptionally stable in the horses mouth and rests directly on the horses tongue and bars. Assisting with turning, the half cheek design also features integrated leather bit guards to protective sensitive lips and prevent pinching. Features: Leather-covered mullen style mouthpiece Half cheek style cheekpieces Integrated Leather Bit Guards Stainless steel (contains nickel) 100% leather Care Instructions: Leather bits must be wiped clean after each use. Leather conditioner may be used as needed on strapping or bit guards. Non-toxic saddle soap may be used on mouthpiece.
