       Phone policy: I have a small operation and prefer it this way. I do not have someone who answers the
                                   phone for me, calls are taken as I am able. As I personally work on every seat this is
                                  difficult so most calls are forwarded to my voice mail in an effort to keep the schedule
                                   on track and get your seat back to as quickly as possible. E-mail is absolutly the best
                                   way to get a quick and complete answer to your questions. Thank you for  understanding
                                   that getting your seat done right, in a timely manner is most important to me.
